2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
3. Job Seekers
Job seekers may browse listings, save jobs, apply for roles, and manage a professional profile. Applications must be truthful and submitted in good faith.
4. Employers
Employers must verify their company before posting jobs. Subscription plans govern how many active job listings you may publish. Job posts must be legitimate, non-discriminatory, and comply with applicable employment laws.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not post fraudulent jobs, scrape data without permission, harass other users, upload malware, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
6. Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant JobInflux a license to display it on the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid employer plans are subject to the pricing and limits shown at checkout. Bank transfer payments are activated after admin confirmation. Subscriptions expire according to plan duration unless renewed.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
9. Disclaimer
JobInflux is provided "as is." We do not guarantee employment outcomes and are not a party to agreements between job seekers and employers.
