Senior Manager, Programme Delivery

Our client is a technical advisory and management consulting firm that works with food companies, development partners, investors, and governments across Africa to strengthen food systems and agribusiness value chains.

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, food systems, public health, or other related field; a Masters' degree is strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in program management and implementation within development, consulting, or donor-funded environments.
• Demonstrated experience in leading the full cycle of delivery – from design, budgeting, and implementation to monitoring and close-out.
• Strong familiarity with donor-funded project cycles, compliance, and reporting (e.g., Gates, USAID, Mastercard Foundation, FCDO, etc.).
