Are you an experienced programme leader with a strong background in programme delivery, team leadership, and strategic execution?
We are recruiting a ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ป๐ถ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐ฟ, ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ๐บ๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ to lead complex programmes, oversee delivery performance and budgets, manage donor relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful results in the food systems and agribusiness sector.

Requirements
โข 10+ years of relevant programme delivery and management experience.
โข Masterโs degree in Agriculture, Food Systems, Nutrition, International Development, Public Health, or a related field. A doctoral degree (PhD) is strongly preferred.
โข Strong programme planning, implementation, and financial oversight skills.
โข Relevant experience in agriculture, food security, livelihoods, food value chains, sustainability, or climate resilience.
โข Experience in donor management, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
