SENIOR FULL-STACK DEVELOPER

Are you a full-stack engineer who enjoys building products, solving complex technical problems, and taking ownership beyond writing code?

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to drive product development across two growing technology businesses: Annex, a digital logistics platform, and KoboCars, an automotive marketplace connecting international car dealers with buyers in Nigeria.

-Build, test and deploy end-to-end features across web applications, APIs, databases and dashboards.
-Develop and maintain integrations for payments, collections and payouts using Paystack, Flutterwave and Moniepoint.
Implement authentication, phone OTP, email verification, role-based access and secure API workflows.
-Design and optimise PostgreSQL databases, schemas, migrations, indexing and multi-tenant data separation.
-Ensure reliable webhook processing, transaction safety, payment reconciliation and prevention of duplicate charges or payouts.
-Own code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD and deployment processes.
-Mentor and review the work of a Junior Full-Stack Developer.
-Work with the Co-Founders, Operations and Support teams to prioritise features and translate business needs into technical solutions.

-4+ years building and maintaining production-ready web applications, with ownership from database design to deployment and post-launch support.
-Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, NestJS and PostgreSQL.
-Experience designing REST APIs, JWT authentication, secure access controls and database transactions.
-Hands-on experience with payment gateways, webhooks, third-party integrations and secure financial workflows.
-Knowledge of Docker, Linux, reverse proxies, CI/CD and cloud platforms such as GCP.
-A solid understanding of application security, OWASP risks, audit logging, automated testing and secure file uploads.
-Experience with Convex, Supabase or Firebase; marketplaces, fintech, logistics, mobile applications, cross-border payments or FX rate locking is an advantage
