Job Description
Lead financial reporting, cost control, and compliance for Port Harcourt operations.
Responsibilities
Duties
- Prepare IFRS monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage oil and gas cost accounting, JV cash calls, and cost recovery
- Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
- Ensure tax and regulatory compliance (FIRS, PPT/CIT, VAT, WHT, PAYE, NUPRC, DPR)
- Support audits, budgets, variance analysis, and reconciliations
- Supervise staff and maintain internal controls

Requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance; ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent
- 10+ years' experience with strong oil and gas exposure
- Knowledge of PSCs, cost recovery, and Nigerian tax law
- SAP/Oracle and advanced Excel
- Based in or willing to relocate to Port Harcourt
Preferred:MBA/MSc; oil servicing, EPC, or indigenous E&P experience; JOA and NNPC/NUPRC reporting knowledge
