School Principal (Female preferred)

A reputable Christian secondary school located in Ago, Okota, Lagos State, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Principal.

The Principal shall be responsible for:
Providing strategic academic and administrative leadership in line with the school’s mission and vision.
Ensuring effective supervision of teaching and learning processes to maintain academic excellence.
Promoting spiritual growth and moral discipline among students and staff.
Managing staff performance, school operations, and community relations professionally and efficiently.

A Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
A Master’s degree in Education or a related discipline is an added advantage.
Cambridge certification.
A minimum of five (5) years of verifiable experience in school leadership or administrative positions, preferably within a reputable private or mission school preparing students for both IGCSE and WAEC examinations.

Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire both staff and students.
Must be a committed Christian with high moral standards and a passion for upholding Christian values in education.
Residential proximity: Applicants should reside within the Ago – Okota – Isolo – Ajao axis of Lagos State.
Age limit: Not above 50 years.
