Job Description
Flexi Microfinance Bank is expanding its Mobile Installment team! We are looking for customer-focused Sales Promoters to help walk-in customers buy phones on flexible payment plans.
Locations (Lagos): Surulere, Oyingbo, Mushin, Saka Tinubu, VI, Lagos Island, Ikotun, Alaba, Abule Egba & Lekki.

* Engage walk-in customers at partner phone stores.
* Explain phone financing, assist with application onboarding, and complete KYC checks.
* Track daily sales and follow up on pending applications.

Requirements
* Minimum of OND, NCE, or equivalent.
* Strong persuasive selling and communication skills.
* Target-driven and comfortable using digital/smartphone tools.
* Experience in retail, sales, banking, or telecom is a plus.
