Procurement & Supply Chain Officer

Our client, a rapidly scaling Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) and Fibre-to-the-Business (FTTB) operator backed by an international telecom group, is looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Officer to support the successful rollout and operation of a high-growth fibre network across Nigeria.

✅ Procurement planning and demand forecasting
✅ Sourcing and supplier management for FTTx materials and equipment
✅ RFQ management, vendor evaluation, and supplier negotiations
✅ Purchase Order processing and contract administration
✅ Logistics coordination, customs clearance, and delivery tracking
✅ Warehouse operations and inventory control
✅ Material availability management for network rollout activities
✅ Contractor and service provider procurement
✅ Supplier performance monitoring and SLA management
✅ Procurement governance, compliance, and reporting

✔️ 3-5 years' experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Warehouse Operations
✔️ Experience within Telecoms, ISP, Infrastructure, Utilities, Construction, or Technology sectors
✔️ Strong understanding of RFQs, Purchase Orders, Vendor Management, Inventory Control, and Procurement Processes
✔️ Experience managing technical or network equipment procurement is highly desirable
✔️ Proficiency in ERP, Inventory Management Systems, and Microsoft Excel
✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
✔️ Professional certifications such as CIPS, CSCP, CPSP, or equivalent will be an added advantage
