Our client, a microfinance bank championing financial inclusion and women’s economic empowerment, is looking for motivated professionals to join its lending team!
1. Micro Loan Team Lead
HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in microfinance lending, credit, loan recovery, or financial services.
Experience in loan appraisal, portfolio management, collections, and customer acquisition.
Leadership experience is an advantage.
Strong credit risk assessment, negotiation, and target delivery skills.
Knowledge of BankOne software is an advantage.
2. Micro Loan Officers
OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience in microfinance lending, credit, loan recovery, or field marketing is an advantage.
Strong customer acquisition, credit assessment, and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet targets, conduct field visits, and manage loan repayments.
Knowledge of BankOne software is an advantage.
