Job Description
Key Technical Skills
- Hands-on maintenance experience with rotating equipment, including centrifugal pumps, reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, and fin fan coolers.
- Experience in static equipment maintenance, including heat exchangers, PHEs, columns, strainers, filters, molecular sieve vessels, storage tanks, PSVs, and valves.
- Skilled in equipment inspection, troubleshooting, breakdown and preventive maintenance, bearing replacement, mechanical seals, couplings, lubrication, and belt drives.
- Basic knowledge of shaft and pulley alignment, equipment manuals, assembly drawings, and the use of mechanical tools and measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of HSEF guidelines, PTW, LOTO, working at height, maintenance documentation, checklists, and work order completion.

Responsibilities
- 6 years experience as a Mechanical Technician
- Minimum of HND in Mechanical Engineering
- Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance, including equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure proper use of tools, spare parts, and maintenance records.
- Involvement in safety guidelines and housekeeping and coordinate with supervisors and team members for timely job completion.
- Minimum of HND in Mechanical Engineering
