The role also provides strategic oversight of the National Blood Management System (NBMS). Split: 70% HNB, 30% NBMS. Reports to the Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer.

* Coordinate Regional Managers to align regional plans and targets, and hold them accountable for delivery.
* Provide financial oversight, including revenue reporting, recoveries, and performance against targets.
* Own senior relationships with hospitals, Government MDAs, and strategic partners, and create deployment mandates.
* Represent the business at health sector forums, conferences, and government consultations.
* Prepare proposals, concept notes, and executive presentations for institutional audiences.
* Structure co-implementation, co-funding, and integration partnerships across Group businesses.
* Lead the NBMS roll-out and adoption strategy across NBSA regional centres, hospitals, blood establishments, and donors.
