Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in a similar role.
- Mandatory banking/fintech industry experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive strong performance and delivery.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with the Board and Board Committees is non-negotiable.
- Strong technical and strategic expertise relevant to the respective function.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
