HEAD OF ADMISSIONS AND MARKETING

A reputable college is seeking an experienced Head of Admissions and Marketing to drive student recruitment, increase enrollment, strengthen brand visibility, and lead the institution’s marketing and admissions team.

• Develop and execute admissions and marketing strategies.
• Manage the admissions process and drive enrollment targets.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Build relationships with parents, feeder schools, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor enrollment performance and prepare management reports.

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, or a related field.
✅ Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in admissions, marketing, or student recruitment.
✅ Proven track record of increasing student enrollment and retention.
✅ Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, and lead conversion.
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
✅ Experience with international schools and knowledge of accreditation frameworks such as COBIS, CIS, or BSO are advantages.
