Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is recruiting for a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead its Cybersecurity Services practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, leading complex cybersecurity engagements, developing innovative security solutions, and building a high-performing team of cybersecurity consultants and engineers.
Responsibilities
• Lead and grow the Cybersecurity Services business unit, driving revenue generation and market expansion.
• Spearhead business development activities including proposal development, presentations, and client engagement.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity solutions such as Endpoint Protection, Network Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Data Privacy, IT Risk Assessment, and Cloud Security.
• Design and architect cybersecurity solutions that address customer challenges and business requirements.
• Maintain strategic technology partnerships and ensure required competencies and specializations are achieved.
• Provide thought leadership and drive the development of industry-focused cybersecurity offerings.
• Mentor, coach, and lead a team of cybersecurity professionals to achieve business and client delivery objectives.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant cybersecurity and information security certifications are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in cybersecurity, information security, or cybersecurity consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies including SIEM, Firewalls, IAM, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Protection, Authentication & Authorization Controls, and Cloud Security.
• Deep knowledge of security frameworks and concepts such as Zero Trust, Risk Management, Defense-in-Depth, and Secure Network Architecture.
• Proven experience implementing and managing cybersecurity solutions from leading vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet, Sophos, or Trend Micro.
• Demonstrated success in cybersecurity consulting, business development, and client relationship management.
Professional Certifications
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, OSCP, CCSP, and/or relevant OEM certifications.
• Relevant cybersecurity and information security certifications are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in cybersecurity, information security, or cybersecurity consulting roles.
