General Manager

We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven, and results-oriented General Manager with extensive experience in the gaming and sports betting industry to lead business operations, drive profitability, strengthen operational performance, and deliver sustainable business growth.

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee overall business operations.
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market expansion.
• Lead departmental heads, establish performance targets, and ensure accountability for results.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and effective resource management.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and business performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable gaming regulations, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in the gaming or sports betting industry, including significant senior management experience.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic planning, financial management, and leadership capabilities.
• Sound understanding of gaming operations, regulatory compliance, and industry dynamics.
