Finance Manager

Ideal candidates should have relevant experience with one of the Big Four accounting firms or a comparable leading professional services/accounting firm. In addition to technical experience, we are looking for candidates who are:
Very well articulated, with strong verbal and written communication skills;
Confident and professional in their presentation and interactions;
Able to demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving abilities; and
Mature and able to communicate their thoughts and recommendations clearly.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Manage statutory audits and liaise with external auditors.
Ensure tax compliance and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations.
Provide strategic financial insights to support management decision-making.
Supervise the finance team and enhance internal control processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is required.
7–10 years of progressive finance experience.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Prior consulting experience will be an added advantage.
