Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team, drive technical excellence, and oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions.
The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background in backend or full-stack software development, alongside proven experience leading engineers, managing development processes, and delivering high-quality products. You should be comfortable making technical decisions, reviewing code, improving system architecture, and aligning engineering priorities with business objectives.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in software engineering, with a strong background in backend or full-stack development (required).
Experience leading, mentoring, and managing software engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, APIs, databases, and scalable application development.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and modern development frameworks.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, version control, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and software deployment.
Ability to oversee the software development lifecycle, from planning and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Strong problem-solving, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to balance hands-on technical contributions with team leadership and strategic decision-making.
