END USER SUPPORT ENGINEER

Are you an IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for supporting site-based IT operations? We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated End User Support Engineer to support IT operations across our rig sites.

- Troubleshoot and resolve IT and network operations issues.
- Support and maintain LAN, CCTV, biometric systems, and IT infrastructure inventory.
- Conduct routine network checks, site inspections, and IT operations visits.
- Take ownership of assigned sites and ensure efficient IT service delivery.
- Liaise effectively with the Head Office to communicate site requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Work effectively under pressure, with a willingness to learn new technologies and travel to assigned sites.

- HND or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant ICT certifications are required.
- Experience in IT support or network operations, with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Must be flexible, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to travel to site locations.
