Employee Relations Lead

We are hiring an Employee Relations Lead at Recruten.

This role leads employee relations across our internal team and a growing network of certified deployed professionals on client sites.

• The end to end employment experience of certified deployed professionals
• Discipline, grievances and investigations for staff and deployed professionals
• Employee relations policies, case management standards and documentation templates
• Advice to managers and client HR on conduct, performance and exits within the Labour Act
• Leadership and development of the employee relations team

What you bring:
at least 6 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in employee or industrial relations, working knowledge of Nigerian labour law and a record of sound workplace investigations. Prior experience managing deployed professionals is required. CIPM membership is an advantage.
