CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO)

We are hiring for the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

* Formulate and execute the enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation roadmap, and technology budget.
* Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, systems integration, and scalable cloud operations across business units.
* Drive the adoption of AI, process automation, and emerging technologies to optimize investment banking and capital markets operations.
* Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, technology risk, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
* Lead end-to-end technology projects, manage key vendor partnerships, and mentor high-performing tech engineering and IT teams.

* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
* 10+ years of progressive technology experience with proven executive leadership in capital markets, investment banking, or financial services.
* Demonstrated track record of leading enterprise-wide digital transformation and managing large-scale technology projects.
* Deep expertise in AI, cybersecurity, cloud architecture, system integration, and financial technology governance.
* Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, PMP, or ITIL are an added advantage.
