Talentora Advisory is recruiting a Financial & Operational Reporting Lead for a client operating in a dynamic commercial and trading environment.
The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting accuracy, month-end closing, general ledger integrity, reconciliations and financial controls using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

- Prepare monthly financial statements, management accounts and reporting packs.
- Manage month-end close, journals, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies.
- Monitor cash movements, liquidity and bank reconciliations.
- Support audit processes, financial controls and variance analysis.
- Align operational transaction data with financial records.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- ICAN, ACCA, ACA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Minimum 3–4 years' relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting or audit.
- Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience. (Must have)
- Strong IFRS knowledge, financial reporting and reconciliation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in trading, commodities, logistics or FMCG is an advantage. Big Four audit or advisory experience is desirable.
