A fast-growing organization in the Banking/Fintech sector is seeking an experienced leader to drive its nationwide branch expansion agenda.

Mandatory Requirements
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in banking, financial services or fintech, of which at least 5 years must be at senior or managerial level in branch expansion, distribution, retail network or business development
* Banking/Fintech industry experience is mandatory
* Demonstrated experience leading a multi-location or nationwide branch rollout — covering site selection, CBN and statutory approvals, build-out and go-live
* Proven track record of leading teams and driving performance
* Demonstrated experience engaging the Board and Board Committees (non-negotiable)
